1. I want to place an order. How do I know if it is in stock?
No worries there! If an item is out of stock it will say
'Sold Out'. 2. I'd like to
place an order. When will I receive it & what are the delivery
charges?
UK Orders (Including Guernsey &
Jersey): Orders placed using our standard delivery service are
usually received within 3 - 5 working days and are charged at a flat
rate of £2.25, regardless of how many items you order. If you need your
order sooner (us girls can be impatient!), we also offer a next working
day delivery service on orders placed before 3:00pm which is charged at
a flat rate of £5.50. Please note: If our next working day delivery
service is selected, orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be
delivered on Monday and orders placed after 3pm Friday and throughout
the weekend will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday
delivery. This excludes UK bank holidays when orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders To The Following Countries Within EU - Austria,
Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece,
Hungary, Iceland, Republic Of Ireland, Italy, Luxenbourg, Malta, Nertherlands,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: All
orders to any of the above countries within the EU are charged at a
flat rate of £5.95, regardless of how many items you order and will
require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually
received within 5 - 7 working days.Orders to Australia, Canada,
Japan, New Zealand & USA: All orders to any of the above
countries are charged at a flat rate of £6.50, regardless of how many
items you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods.
Orders are usually received within 7 - 10 working days.3. I'd like to buy something from

No need! Every item is individually packaged in a
beautiful branded pink and purple gift box as shown below,
which makes our jewels perfect to give as gifts (and even better to
receive!).  4. I'm worried about the security of
using my credit card online. Is your site safe?
Don't worry - it's safe! All your credit details are secured with
128-bit encrypted sessions and all sensitive information is stored on a
heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government
approved firewalls. 5.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all
major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo,
Switch, Delta and American Express. All accepted credit card logos are
clearly displayed on the home page. 6. I'm interested in placing an order
but would like some more information about one of your products. What
should I do?

help. 7. What if I want to
return my goods?
If you are unhappy with your order,
return the goods to us within 8 working days of delivery. Some items
are tagged - Please do not remove the tag until you are sure you want
to keep the goods. We are unable to accept the return of items where
the tag has been removed. Remember to include your name, address,
telephone number and order number so that we can complete the refund as
soon as soon possible. Obviously the items should be unused, unworn and
arrive back to us in the condition in which they were received.
Please Note: For hygienic reasons, we have a strict no
returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include
pierced earrings.
