Delivery

UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)

As each garter is customised with your chosen charm, delivery will be within 7 - 10 working days.

Please note: Any other product ordered from GlitzySecrets.Com in the same transaction, will be dispatched separately and delivered within 3 - 5 working days and charged at Glitzy Secrets standard postage cost of 2.25 (unless Next Day Delivery has been selected, which is charged at 5.50).

All UK orders for Garters of Charm are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery postal service and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is estimated to be within 7 - 10 working days. Delivery charges are shown below:

Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK.

Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which must be borne by you. Glitzy Secrets Ltd cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Returns Policy:

GlitzySecrets.Com maintains an 8 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, please adhere to the process outlined below.

We will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) providing:

Goods are returned to us within 8 working days of delivery. The swing ticket is intact and attached. The item/s is returned in the condition in which it/they was/were received - unworn, unused and in all original packaging.

Please note: We will not refund any goods that have been worn, soiled or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.

Process:

Email info@gartersofcharm.co.uk with your order number, detail of the item/s you wish to return, name, address, telephone number We will then issue you with a unique returns number. Either print the return email or write the details on the Delivery Note enclosed in your order. Place in your parcel and return to:

It is always in the customer's interest to ensure goods are returned by the appropriate delivery service (i.e. Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery depending upon the value of the goods) as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at the Glitzy Secrets premises.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty Items:

Every item is fully inspected by our manufacturer and by Glitzy Secrets prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please follow the instructions below:

Email info@gartersofcharm.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the item with your order number, detail of the item/s and fault discovered, name, address, telephone number We will then issue you with a unique returns number Either print the return email or write the details on the Delivery Note enclosed in your order. Place in your parcel and return to:

On receipt of the item, Glitzy Secrets or our manufacturer will assess the fault and we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund dependent upon the outcome of the assessment of the faulty product. Glitzy Secrets decision is final.
