I just wanted to say thank you for such a great service. I have ordered a few things from & had to return some, but it has been pain free and very well managed. I am getting married in 3 weeks and shall be wearing one of your hair combs, but I just wanted to say thank you before then for such a great shopping experience.

Not to sound patronizing or anything like that but I deal with so many different companies day in and day out and so many different brands, it has been a long time since I have experienced such a great and easy to use service. 

The refund notification in particular is what sparked me off on this message, it is a great way to ensure you keep that connection with your customers even when they have sent something back.  That on going service is what will make them remember you in the future!
