Star Themed Wedding Stationery

There’s no better way to give your wedding guests a nod to your theme than with stationery that reflects your wedding theme. There are lots of romantic designs out there – from deep navy shades to pretty moon and star styles that will be a pretty way to channel your wedding style.

Welcome Sign

Welcome your guests to your wedding and let them know the order and schedule of the day with a pretty welcome board.

It will be a perfect way to welcome your wedding guests and introduce your theme – it’s also something really beautiful that you can keep in your home after the big day and hang on the wall as a romantic reminder of the day.

Instead of a welcome sign, you could also use a sign to display one of your favourite star related quotes.

The Dress

What better way to show off your star wedding style than with a gorgeous star print dress. The Midsummer Night Dream collection from Jenny Packham is filled with glittering gowns that would be perfect for a star-themed wedding dress. Our favourite style from the collection that fits this theme perfectly has to be the Jolene dress – this soft flock tulle gown is embellished with bronze stars and will be an unusual wedding dress that your guests won’t be expecting.

Star Themed Jewellery

For some more subtle star style then Glitzy Secrets have some stunning star stud earrings and a star pendant – perfect for your bridal jewellery or as a pretty gift for your bridesmaids that they can wear on the big day.

The Décor

You can have so much fun with your décor for a star themed wedding day. For your wedding reception you could hang glittering stars from the ceiling, this looks particularly pretty in venues like old rustic barns. Or use oversized hanging décor that can also double up as a pretty spectacular photo booth. We also love the idea of having a midnight scene featuring stars or a star related quote that your guests can all have photos in front of.

Or how about having a carpet of stars to walk on as you walk down the aisle or as you enter your reception – it’s an amazing way to really embrace your theme and have something unique at your wedding that your guests won’t have seen before.

The Cake

The wedding cake is always a fun and easy way to really show off your wedding theme and there are some fantastic star wedding cake designs to choosing from, from dramatic designs to more subtle twinkling styles.

If you really want to make a statement with your cake then ask your cake maker to create a stunning night scene on your wedding cake, with a midnight blue background and a scattering of glittering stars.

If instead you are planning a wedding on a budget or you just want a style that is a little more simple then a plain white cake with a star-themed cake topper will be a perfect nod to your wedding theme.
