A girl with a passion for beautiful vintage accessories, a love of fashion and the determination to make affordable, high quality jewellery available to every woman. That’s exactly how it started.
After hanging up her ballet shoes and donating her city suits to charity, Glitzy Secrets’ founder Victoria Swan followed her dream to find her true vocation and took the bold step of embarking on a career in the fashion industry by launching the company in 2004.
Within months, the brand was a hit with the fashion and bridal press with designs gracing the pages of national magazines and gaining a celebrity following.
Shortly after, Glitzy Secrets’ made its TV début on ITV’s much talked about drama series, Footballer’s Wives. The start of countless glittering screen appearances, designs have since featured on many high profile series and shows including the global sensation Downton Abbey and Strictly Come Dancing.
With an ethos of ‘beautiful quality at purse-friendly price tags’, the company’s commitment to quality meant designs had to follow a strict design process of true craftsmanship – a process that not only remains today but is continually improved on.
From the very beginning, providing good old-fashioned Customer Service was a priority and has resulted Glitzy Secrets becoming the trusted company it is today.
A decade later, Glitzy Secrets’ is a multi award-winning jewellery brand. In her role of Managing Director, Victoria now leads a team of fully-trained staff to retain the same values of high quality and service as the company continues to grow over a decade later.
With many exciting projects and plans in place, Glitzy Secrets remains an accessory brand to watch.
