It goes without saying, Summer is the hottest time of the year so you’ll want a lighter base than you’d usually wear. Opt for light-weight, mousse foundations over a heavier, thicker foundation. While it may provide more coverage, it doesn’t bode well with the warmer weather and chances are it’ll eventually slide off. We also recommend opting for a foundation or tinted moisturiser that has an in-built SPF. There would be nothing worse than waking up with sunburn the day after becoming a newlywed! Fix your make-up into place with a setting spray, it will mean you don’t have to worry about your make-up for the rest of the day and it’ll even help to give your skin a dewy glow.
