*Important Post-Brexit Information for EU Customers:
EU customers are now required to pay VAT on their order to the courier rather than us.
This means:
- Prior to Brexit, your order total included 20% VAT
- Since Brexit, you will no longer be charged any VAT on your order at checkout
- Instead, the courier will contact you prior to delivery to inform you of the total amount of VAT to pay on your order
- You will then be responsible for paying VAT (according to your country’s rate and threshold) along with any Import Duty (on goods over 150 EUR) and any admin charges to the courier to your country to enable customs to release the parcel
- If you refuse to pay these charges to customs, please note that we cannot take responsibility for your order or issue a refund until your order reaches our office. Once received, your order will be refunded (excl. delivery charges).

Terms:
- Orders are usually received within or before the estimated times however pleased be aware that delivery times shown are approximate in accordance to estimated times provided by Royal Mail and selected couriers.
- Orders placed before 1pm on Friday by Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Express Next Working Day Delivery does not guarantee delivery on Bank Holidays.
- All orders are dispatched via a tracked service and, in most cases, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
- International Orders – Transactions are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which must be borne by you. Glitzy Secrets Ltd cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
- *EU Customers - We display our prices inclusive of VAT for UK customers and exclusive of VAT for our international customers. Post-Brexit, we no longer charge VAT on EU orders which means you will pay the lower price which excludes VAT and pay the VAT to the courier instead. Orders are sent DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) and you will be responsible for paying any VAT (depending on your country’s rate and threshold), Import Duty (on goods over 150 EUR) and any admin charges to the courier to enable customs to release the parcel.
